FANATIC PRESENTS:

 AVIARY GHOST
Memory Is A Hallway
(Self-Released)

“The songs are lush and complex, using a perfect harmony of keys, acoustics, and the occasional electric outburst to make songs that are sublimely endearing.” – The Scene (LINK)

Aviary Ghost arose from bourbon, watching trains, and cabin fever. Without grand aspirations, Charlie Crimando and Stephen Kemsley began to record music in a one-room apartment during a particularly long Michigan winter. Three years later, Aviary Ghost emerged from its wintry confines with a lush and complex album that is fit for anything, whether it’s driving, singing along, cooking, buckdancing, remembering the good old days, or consorting with inner demons.

Their latest record, Memory Is A Hallway, is an eclectic mix of styles and genres, from pop, jazz, folk, even cabaret and beyond. As is evident in the title, each song takes a perspective on memory and how it relates to the present and one’s identity. The duo regularly plays energetic, eclectic live shows and is recording new material for their sophomore album. Their two singles, “Somewhere Else” and “The Brain Is A House,” are sure to please fans of sweet and catchy Swedish pop. Download them now!
