At A Loss is pleased to announce it will be working with St. Augustine, Florida's female / male duo Dark Castle, releasing their next full length album in 2009. Phillip Cope (Baroness / Kylesa / Withered) recently recorded the tracks for the upcoming release at the infamous Jam Room, capturing the band's unique brand of metallic , psyche-doom. More album and tour info will definitely be announced shortly...

The Black Cobra duo is on the road with Torche and Clouds now, ripping their way through the middle and southern parts of the country on their way west, where a duo of shows with Dub Trio and a gig with Totimoshi await. At A Loss Records will re-issue the band's debut self-titled 7" before the end of the year.

How the hell does a vinyl release not happen until over 3 years later?  We will just use the old "for reasons beyond our control" on this one.  Some of that is actually true too! Anyway, after a huge wait Minsk's Out of a Center Which is Neither Dead nor Alive will be available on double  LP format. The double LP goodness will be wrapped up in a gatefold cover (new design too), with rad inner sleeves all by the one and only Tony Wyioming.  We will also be including a free digital download card with every double lp so you can listen to it on your digital device.
