BAT FOR LASHES MAKES NATIONAL TV DEBUT ON THE LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN TONIGHT!

Brighton, England’s Natasha Khan, better known as the musical visionary behind Bat for Lashes, swings by The Late Show with David Letterman tonight to perform “Daniel”, the first single from sophomore album Two Suns (Astralwerks), recently released to global fever-pitch excitement among music fans and critics alike. Bat for Lashes’ national TV debut coincides with two sold-out New York shows in a string of select east and west coast tour dates. Tune in to CBS this evening at 11:35 p.m. EST/PST!

“Daniel” has triumphantly assumed its rightful place in Natasha’s live show, serving as an extension of her distinct musical style, first introduced to us on her acclaimed debut Fur and Gold.  On new record Two Suns, songs are infused with classic fairytale imagery, exploring dualities on a number of levels – two lovers, two planets, two moons, two sides of a personality and more. With a positively transcendent voice, the world that Natasha creates on Two Suns is more alive than ever when brought to the live arena. Don’t miss Bat for Lashes on The Late Show with David Letterman tonight!

“Pounding on pianos, cranking out delicate little click-clack beats and shivering through choruses with an ultraromantic soprano, Khan proves she’s a powerhouse….” (3.5 stars) – Rolling Stone

“…duality motifs…that overflow with moonstruck sensuality.” – Spin

“Two Suns is a self-contained galaxy…” – Fader
