Black Kids Announce  December Live Shows

The infectious sounds of Black  Kids’ much-lauded debut album Partie Traumatic  has  seen them storming dance floors and radio playlists. In a few short months the  Jacksonville 5-piece have gone from blog buzz band to late night TV talk  shows, sailing up the charts in multiple countries and criss-crossing the USA  with their energetic live show, winning over legions of fans with their agile  grooves.

Debut single “I’m Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How To  Dance With You” was a universal hit and Partie Traumatic is  stuffed full of equally impressive tracks, including “Hurricane Jane”  and “Look At Me (When I Rock Wichoo)” - the video for which you can  find here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rrcx2q_Ru8Y.

Don’t  miss your chance to catch Black Kids at a venue near you in  December:

December 6 - Providence, RI @ Club Hell
December 7   - Boston, MA @ Wilbur Theatre (WFNX show)
December 10 – Los Angeles,  CA @ Club Nokia (Indie 103 show)
December 11 – Austin, TX @ Emos (KROX  show)

Some recent praise for the band:

“Youngblood’s  tunes are so clever it’s easy to overlook the commitment to new wave it took  for him to avoid wasting his love of wordplay on folk music.” Blender  Magazine

“These Flordians still toss out an impressive 10-song  party grenade.” Rolling Stone
