Future Islands is confirmed to perform on Jimmy Kimmel Live! On May 5. This will be the band's second late night performance following their historic debut on Letterman which now has over 1 million YouTube views: http://youtu.be/1Ee4bfu_t3ct
Their new album 'Singles,' out last month on 4AD earned the band a top 40 Billboard 200 debut and out-sold their 2011 release 'On The Water' in it's first two weeks. 'Singles' has also been earning high praise from critics with NPR calling it "contagious," Pitchfork praising it's "great balance of pop and melodrama" and Complex declaring it "triumphant [and] heroic."
