Kirko Bangz touring with SoMo

posted Sep 26, 2015, 3:02 PM by Vu Nguyen
Platinum-certified Houston hip-hop heavyweight and LMG/Unauthorized Entertainment/300 Entertainment recording artist Kirko Bangz is kicking off the “SoMo: The Fallin’ Up Tour” on September 16 in Nashville, TN. He will be joining SoMo and Jordan Bratton.

Kirko Bangz is the newest artist signed to 300 Entertainment and is kicking off the alliance with a new single, “Worry Bout It” featuring labelmate Fetty Wap. The single marks his first release since joining the label and preludes his full-length debut album—due out later this year.

Kirko adds, “I had a lot of success with Todd Moscowitz with ‘Drank In My Cup,’ and I’ve been working with Selim for over four years, so doing this partnership with them is just like I’m going back to the home team. I feel like LeBron James, except I’m going to win the championship. This is the #LMGTakeover.”

In 2011, Kirko Bangz released his hit single "Drank In My Cup,” which launched him into the national spotlight. The song premiered on the Billboard Hot 100 at number ninety-six and rose to peak at number twenty-eight. “Drank In My Cup” also peaked at number one on the Hot Rap Songs chart. In 2013, Kirko was selected as part of XXL’s prestigious “Freshman Class,” alongside rappers Ab-Soul, Travis $cott and Schoolboy Q.

Stay tuned in the coming weeks for more information on Kirko Bangz.
